DELUX SHORT STORY COMPETITION

Spring 2023

Students are invited to submit their work to this year’s DeLux Short Story Competition, open to any Grade 6-12 student at Anglo-American School of Sofia (AAS) and American College of Sofia (ACS). 

Length: MAXIMUM 1000 words

Format: Times New Roman, size 12, double-spaced

Deadline for submissions: Sunday April 30, 2023 

ACS Students will e-mail their short stories to Patrick Bicknell at WritingCenter@acsbg.org

Internal submissions will be judged by teachers and/or student writers at each school. 

A virtual awards ceremony will be held in May to honor finalists and present prizes.

We know that there is lots of great writing being done in and outside the English classroom. Please take this opportunity to showcase your talents!
