HR AND PAYROLL SPECIALIST

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of payroll and update of labour files;
  • Employment documentation (labour contracts, additional agreements, termination orders, employment records);
  • Accounting entries related to payroll;
  • Preparation of payroll-related reports to authorities (National Statistics Institute,  National Revenue Agency, NSSI);
  • Processing applications for need-based tuition reduction;
  • Assistance in annual audit of accounts.

Required Competencies:

  • University Degree in HR, accounting or related studies
  • At least 5 years relevant experience
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Strong focus on details and accuracy
  • Prior experience with payroll and accounting software (Omeks and DWare Konto) will be considered an advantage
