Student Activities Fund
Dear Students,
The Student Activities Fund (SAF) was founded by members of the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) and the Alumni Fund Advisory Committee (AFAC) at ACS to support student projects. Students activities are able to receive up to 500 BGN.
The opportunity is open to all student activities, clubs and athletic teams at ACS, as well as seniors pursuing independent honors projects.
Previous grantees include The Medical Group, the Debate Club, and the Teach For Bulgaria ACS Activity.
There will be two funding rounds this year, fall (application deadline: Nov 3) and spring (Feb 14).
Attached please find the latest and final documents that are being distributed as part of announcing the SAF's Spring 2016 school year funding round. The Powerpoint Presentation goes into more details about the fund and timetables. The Word document is the student application that must be completed and information on how to submit the form.
The SAF committee will consist of parents, alumni, faculty, Student Council reps, and the Dean of students. Below is the time table for the fall funding round.
