Dobrev and Tsochev of Street Chefs Visit ACS

On January 13, 2025, the ACS Business Club hosted its first seminar of the year, featuring Dimitar Dobrev, Founder and CEO of Street Chefs and Petko Tsochev, Street Chefs co-owner. This event was a significant opportunity for students to gain insights into entrepreneurship in Bulgaria, particularly in the restaurant industry.

Dimitar Dobrev and Petko Tsochev, prominent figures in Bulgaria's street food scene, shared experiences and strategies for success and demonstrated how entrepreneurship can be a driving force for positive change. The seminar focused on various aspects of entrepreneurship, including business and restaurant management, strategies for building a successful brand, project development, utilizing social media, and setting trends, topics designed to equip students with practical knowledge applicable to their future endeavors. 

The interactive session attracted many ACS students who had numerous questions to Dobrev and Tsochev of Street Chefs. The seminar emphasized the importance of creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in real-world challenges and encouraged attending students to consider entrepreneurship as a viable career path without shying away from practical skills like those needed to make the perfect burger.
