Human Library in the Art Gallery

We share our common humanity through stories, so it was no surprise that the Human Library was a huge success.

The universal stories are about conflict, so struggle with one's own identity or with the interaction with foreign cultures was at the core of a number of the human books. And not surprisingly, some of them got emotional to the point of breaking down in the middle of telling their tale. Whether a transgender former ACS student or a middle-aged professional who had travelled the world over, a personal journey made the readers want the tale to keep going. Understandably, the Art Gallery was packed.

Thank you S.A.F.E. club for an enriching and emotional experience!
