Hristo Papazov Scores Bronze in Balkan Olympiad

The Bulgarian Nation Team, featuring Hristo Papazov 11/2, won six medals at the 2016 Balkan Mathematical Olympiad which took place May 5-10 in Tirana, Albania. Hristo is a single point shy of the silver.

Boasting three silver and three bronze medals, Bulgaria placed fourth among 18 countries. In addition to the Balkan states, this year saw seven guest countries, including the UK, Italy and France.
