Hristo and Ivan will represent Bulgaria on IMO 2017 in Rio!

Two ACS recent graduates, Hristo Papazov and Ivan Ganev, qualified for the Bulgarian National Math team to take part in the International Math Olympiad in Rio de Janeiro, July 12-23, 2017. The remaining four members of the team come from the Sofia Math School (2 students) and the Burgas Math School (2 students).

The tough qualifying competition took place on Hristo and Ivan's graduation day mere hours before our brilliant mathematicians got up on stage to get their diplomas.

At their cllass's Senior Dinner event the night before, both Ivan and Hristo were presented with the Math Department Award.
