AMBASSADOR WARLICK VISITED ACS

The U.S. Ambassador to Bulgaria, James Warlick, visited the American College of Sofia on March 29. Following a tour of the campus, Ambassador Warlick met with some of our students – representatives of all grade levels.

Some of the topics discussed during the meeting were the world economic crisis, the possible motivation for young people to return to Bulgaria, his first impressions of our country and people, and, of course, what it is like to work as an ambassador.

This was the first visit to ACS by Mr. Warlick after he assumed the duties of the U.S. Ambassador to Bulgaria in January 2010.
