ACSer's Team with Silver from the European Olympiad of Experimental Sciences 2025!

Congratulations, Yordan Petkov'28!

More achievements to celebrate in the field of science: Bulgaria with two silver medals at the European Olympiad of Experimental Sciences 2025!
From sweet and salty water research to chemical reaction kinetics: two Bulgarian teams, one featuring an ACSer, used advanced methods such as spectrophotometry, microscopy, and titration and achieved outstanding results at the European Olympiad of Experimental Sciences (EOES) 2025. The Olympiad was held in Zagreb, Croatia, between 26 April and 3 May, with the participation of 48 teams from 23 EU countries.
The two Bulgarian teams were divided into Team A and Team B. For Team A, ACS ninth grader Yordan Petkov (Physics) competed, along with Damyan Ivanov (Chemistry) and Teodor Petrov (Biology) from Sofia Math High School. For Team B: Rayan Kamarinchev (physics) from the Profiled Natural-Mathematical High School in Sliven, Teodor Kusev (chemistry) from the National High School of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, and Melih Osman (biology) from Sofia Secondary School "V. Levski", Ardino.
We are proud of the talent and dedication of all participants, which put them among the best scientific minds in Europe!
