The annual National Mathematical Competition for Language Schools and Classes took place in Lovech between March 23 and March 25, 2012. Our students performed excellently and won a great number of awards again this year. Here are the results:

In Grade 12, Kristian Kiradzhiev won the First Award and a Gold Medal. Alexandra Hristova won the Third Award (Bronze Medal). Our third participant Sofia Marcheva got the sixth best result.

In Grade 11, Ivaylo Valkov won the First Award and a Gold Medal. Hristian Nedyalkov got the fifth best result.

In Grade 10, Richard Mihaylov won the Third Award (Bronze Medal). Our strongest 10-grader in math Katherine Krem had to miss this competition, as it coincided with the preparation of the National Team for EGMO (the European Girls’ Mathematical Olympiad 2012).

In Grade 9, we got the full set of medals: Zdravko Zahariev won the First Award and a Gold Medal, Radostina Kalaydzhieva and Ivaylo Mitkov shared the Second Award and won Silver Medals. Le Anh Hai won the Third Award (Bronze Medal).
