Arts Fest Parent Planning and Work Session

Dear ACS Parents, 

On March 13, we had the pleasure of welcoming the parent community on campus with our continued aim to enhance the home-school relationship and to advance the ACS educational experience of our students. In addition to dialogue and planning, parents were introduced to student teams that received funding in support of their Student Activities Fund (SAF) projects. This meeting also served as our launch into our annual Arts Fest planning season, for which parents play an important role.

Our next meeting to which all are invited will be held on April 24 in the Gipson Library from 6:30-7:30 PM.

As so many of you are already aware, Arts Fest serves as our largest attended event in our community and is dedicated to showcasing the talents of our students and the spirit of our community. I invite you to contribute to its success. Your participation as a family serves as inspiration for our students who will have worked tirelessly in preparation. It also communicates our identity as a community publicly.

All parents are invited and encouraged to attend this event hosted in the Gipson Library (Ostrander Hall, ABF Campus Center).

For those who are unfamiliar, Parent Ambassadors is a group of parents, administration, and faculty who convene over the course of the year to enhance the home-school relationship. In the process of this effort, we build relationships for the advancement of the ACS educational experience of our students.
