Мobility of Learners and Staff in School Education, American College of Sofia

In the long term, the goal is to increase the number of students enrolling in the German profile at the school, as well as the number of students choosing German as a second language starting from the 9th grade. This project contributes to achieving this goal, as it not only focuses on teaching methodology and cultural knowledge that help enhance student engagement and lesson effectiveness, but also provides valuable resources to colleagues from other language profiles and departments.

The project contributed to the acquisition of new skills and teaching methods that helped achieve the goal of attracting more students to the language profiles at the school. Moreover, the principles and activities in the training course are universal and were applied to all languages in the Department. The knowledge and methodologies were presented to all colleagues in the Department through presentations and Q&A sessions. This helped in adopting new teaching and learning methods at the school.
