Watch the ACS Classical Concert on YouTube on April 1st

The Classical Concert of the students is a tradition, rooted in the first years after the reopening of the American College of Sofia. It traces its history back to the instrumental programs and regular performances in the years between the wars of last century and is today, as it was back then, a main stage for students to showcase their various musical talents. 

This year too we will hear wonderful performances and we will again enjoy pieces that have not been in the program in previous concerts. ACS Choir, lots of pianists and a harp player will present their exciting interpretations of classical musical works, and the program features 2 piano duets - the first one is “the sisters’ duet” and the other - “the cousins’ duet”.

For the concert’s finale the ACS Choir will take the audience on a wondrous journey through classical musical masterpieces, which, even today, stand as the western musical tradition’s most recognizable pillars.
