The ACS Young Physicists Did it Again!

Early last month two teams of ACS students competed in Kyustendil in the state round of the International Young Physicists Tournament (IYPT).
Team “Gacrux” - Nikoleta Stoynova ’25, Teodora Daskalova ’24 and Yoana Ilcheva ’24 won bronze medals and competed at the final, with Martin winning 2nd place, Nikoleta winning 3rd and Teodora - 6th in the individual ranking. Team “Druzhba” featuring seniors Martin Lozanov, Viktor Velichkov, Valerie Kamberova, and Ivan Gyulev also achieved great results.
Nikoleta, Teodora and Martin added their names into the Extended National team, together with 9 other people from all over the country. Five of them will represent Bulgaria internationally. Congratulations and best of luck to all!
