Success for ACSers Also at the National Round of the National Informatics Olympiad

The National Round of the National Informatics Olympiad was held in Haskovo on March 9-10, 2024 at the Acad. Boyan Petkanchin Natural Sciences & Math High-School. In Group A (11-12 grade) for girls, junior Nora Paskaleva placed second with 112.55 points. In Group B (grades 9-10) for girls, Maria Nedkova placed fourth with 44.29 points.

Maria took the lead in the current rankings for girls 9th Grade with 222.29 points and in the rankings for girls 11th Grade, Nora is second with 377.55 points. Both ACSers continue to work hard on preparing for the next competitions - the spring informatics competitions and the summer informatics tournament - under the guidance of Dr. Paulina Todorova and Dr. Rositsa Todorova in the Competitive Informatics Club, of which Nora is the President.
