NEW GENOMIC TECHNIQUES WITH PROF. VANBUREN

A captivating lecture on New Genomic Techniques (NGT) by Prof. VanBuren of the Plant Resilience Institute of Michigan State University will be held at the American College of Sofia 10 am to noon on 29th September 2023, Friday for ACS students, faculty, and staff, as well as guest students representing 11 other schools from Sofia.

The event will commence with welcoming speeches from ACS President Emily Sargent Beasley, as well as the Deputy Chief of Mission at the US Embassy, Ms. Andrea Brouillette-Rodriguez.

Prof. VanBuren's lecture is set to address critical challenges in climate change, food security, and overall quality of life and will provide significant insights into groundbreaking NGT research. Following the lecture will be a Q&A session.
