Generations of ACS Alumni Reconnect in London

March 26, 2026 --- On March 13, 2026, the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in the United Kingdom welcomed over 100 ACS alumni living, studying, and working across the UK for a memorable reunion. The event brought together generations of graduates, all sharing the pride of being part of the global ACS community.

Special guests included ACS President Emily Sargent Beasley and H.E. Tihomir Stoytchev, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Bulgaria to the UK. Speakers Viktoria Karaivanova ’25, a first-year Literature student at University College London (UCL), and Kalina Manova ’98, Professor of Economics at UCL, inspired attendees with reflections on their journeys from ACS classrooms to the wider world.

The London alumni network continues to grow, fostering connections through regular gatherings and mentorship opportunities. At this reunion, we were proud to announce the Alumni Fundraising Challenge in support of the ACS Tuition Reduction Program. If 100 alumni donate a total of €10,000 by the end of March, the Board of Trustees will match it - doubling the impact and ensuring talented students can access an ACS education regardless of their financial background.

Every gift is a chance not just to give back, but to pay it forward to the next generation of ACS leaders.
