Bright Minds Rise at the Informatics Olympiad

March 30, 2026 --- We are proud to share that two of our 8th-grade students, Lilia Yonkova (8/5) and Kamen Topalov (8/10), qualified for and took part in the National Round of the Informatics Olympiad, held in Varna 13-16 March. Reaching this stage is a remarkable accomplishment, reflecting not only talent but also sustained effort, discipline, and a passion for problem-solving.

This year’s problems in their age group were especially demanding, pushing participants to think creatively and work with precision under pressure. Lilia achieved an outstanding second place among the girls in her group, a result that speaks to her persistence and sharp analytical thinking. Kamen also delivered a strong performance, earning an award for excellence and demonstrating impressive resilience throughout the competition.

Their success is a testament to the dedication they bring to their work and the curiosity that drives them forward. We congratulate Lilia and Kamen for representing our school with distinction and for showing what can be achieved with commitment and determination.
