A Historic Giving Tuesday: ACS Community Breaks All Giving Records to Date

December 15, 2025 – This year’s Giving Tuesday campaign, which extended over a month of generosity, has just wrapped up with record-breaking results, marking an important milestone for the American College of Sofia. We are thrilled to announce that our community came together to raise a remarkable 85,275 BGN.

To put this success in perspective, this year's total more than doubles the 32,637 BGN raised in 2024 and far exceeds the previous high of 46,471 BGN set in 2022. This is a testament to our community’s shared belief in our mission. .

A special thank-you goes out to our alumni for their support.  With 34 individual donors - a significant increase from 20 last year - ACS alumni represented the biggest group of contributors by participation. Their donations accounted for 37,264 BGN. This wonderful act of 'giving back' ensures that the opportunities that shaped their experience are passed down to the next generation of ACSers.

Your generosity changes lives! This year’s campaign supports our Tuition Reduction Program, helping talented students access the world-class education ACS offers, regardless of their financial background. Thanks to our generous donors, more students can pursue their dreams and thrive at ACS.
