Online Intramural Chess Tournament

How does one get to hang out with classmates on a Saturday night with restrictions to go outside? Given how many students are no strangers to multiplayer online competitions, while being avid chess enthusiasts, there is only one solution: Online Intramural Chess Tournament, of course! Twenty ACSers took to the virtual chessboard in the Online Intramural Chess Tournament, held on March 21 from 7 pm to 8 pm. Judging by their chat activity, the chess players really gave their best and also had quite some fun along the way and it was the chat that really helped bring the experience closer to a real-life chess tournament. We congratulate the organizers and all participants and winners, and are looking forward to more online ACS student initiatives.
