A SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science
- At least 3 years relevant experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role
- Operational knowledge of network and routing protocols, router and switching configuration, servers, patch management
- Ability to adapt, integrate, and modify existing programs or vendor-supplied packaged programs for use with existing information systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on servers, computers, and peripheral equipment
- Experience with VMware infrastructure
- Experience with Google Workspace
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a member of a team
- Ability to communicate information to faculty, students, staff, and the public in a clear and concise manner
