Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Development and Communications Coordinator in support of the Advancement Office. This position will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact in organizing fundraising activities and communication campaigns. The Development and Communications Coordinator will focus on assisting with the creation and the implementation of fundraising and communications campaigns. He/she would manage a donor database and have the opportunity to implement a data driven approach in communications and in fundraising.  

Required Competencies

Demonstrates high-level interpersonal skills including ability to build relationships internally and externally;

Excellent communication skills in English and Bulgarian;

Analytical thinker; 

Excel and CRM database experience; 

Loves teamwork but can also work efficiently on his/her own;

Lifelong learner focused on personal and professional development;

Goal-oriented.

Preferred Competencies

Degree in Communications, Marketing or other relevant field;

Experience in a similar role;

Experience with educational or other non-profit organizations.
