Name: Falcons

Color: Burgundy

Student body: 9, 10 and 11 grade

Unique traits: The color of our block is burgundy. The flag is a burgundy square with a black and white shield and a falcon figure in it. On both sides, there are two white royal lilies. The slogan of our block is written on a ribbon under the shield. The slogan is "Carpe Diem'', which means "Seize the day" or "Enjoy life". The activities Falcons members have during block gatherings help students communicate throughout the levels and sections, build stronger connections with each other, and foster a feeling of belonging to this community. 

Block Leader: Vessy Tepeshanova

I am a sports teacher and a football coach. I am the leader of Falcons Block since 2012. I was invited to become a Block Leader by the President of the College. Being the leader of Falcons Block gives me the opportunity to work with students from all grades and with students that I do not meet at all during regular classes in an informal environment. The activities we have during block gatherings help students to communicate throughout the levels and sections, to build a better community, and to foster a feeling of belonging to this community.

Additional Activities: The Falcons members participated in the 25th Anniversary of the reopening of the College by preparing a compilation of video interviews with the community members asking them what the College means for them.
